Customer Experience Team

The CreativeX Customer Experience team works to provide a world-class experience for our clients through strategic account management, innovative technical solutions, and timely customer support. The team focuses on implementing scalable solutions and leverages deep product expertise to realise the full value of our service for our clients.

As a Product Operations Manager, you will own our content review operation that analyses and scores thousands of digital ads each day. Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, you will manage a remote workforce, scale up an outsourcing operation, and provide strategic direction for our content review efforts. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an essential piece of our business and scale it by 10x.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute the strategy for our content review operation
  • Manage our partnerships with external vendors
  • Drive improvements to the accuracy of our data and efficiency of our workflows
  • Report KPIs to senior stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Work with our product team to identify opportunities to automate processes
  • Build and manage an internal team to support you
