We build premium goggles, helmets, and accessories for skiers and snowboarders. Our primary revenue driver is our line of ski goggles. Each of these goggles has a unique feature set that is tailored to a specific type of skier and the set of weather conditions they typically ski in. To complement this product line, we also offer ski helmets and a variety of other ski-related accessories to enhance our customer’s experience on the slopes. Our equipment has won numerous awards from the best magazines in the business.

Reason for selling
I am a 31 year old founder with 100% of my net worth tied up in my business. I have taken a modest salary as I have built the business and I am looking to take some chips off the table as I plan a family with my wife.
Consumer expertise would be nice, but I am definitely looking for more of a hands off partner.
Aspirations & growth opportunities
Our internal 'EOS' oriented plan is to grow to over $8M in revenue in two years, with $1.2M in EBITDA and 25% MER. We have a few big growth levers still to pull - including a new helmet line (already piloted a line and sold out), wholesale, and an off-season eyewear line.
