We are an equity crowdfunding platform with a lot of momentum. The platform already has 12 companies live raising with an additional 8 directly in the pipeline. There are also countless referral resources that send new startups looking to raise funds to our platform. We have a FINRA membership that is required to act as a funding portal and a Regulation Crowdfunding compliant platform. We also have a FINRA/SEC compliant documentation system to store company WSPs and other required information.
