Reason for selling
I want to sell a portion (or whole) of my product and services to scale it to its full potential. I am sitting on multiple concepts and products (Apps) with the original development team intact in India. Still, I am constrained due to funding shortages and must return to a job I do not enjoy.

PE Firm with recruitment and marketing resources would be great as things are ready to scale.

With the outsourcing development team intact as an independent private limited company in India, we can reduce the cost of development and support tremendously. There are four distinct businesses, each with the potential to become a unicorn in next few years with right marketing behind it. I want to work on the project in which the buyer see the most potential.
