We provide a suite of affordable, easy to use tools to help small business owners and entrepreneurs increase sales by automating followup via email, SMS and postal mail. We have no employees. We've relied on external partnerships / affiliate deals to generate most of our sales. I think over almost 3 years we've spent less than $20K on advertising. So our cost per acquisition isn't a finite thing. We've got a mailing list of around 5,000 names and we generate a lot of our sales that way. Our team is myself and my partner (who is part-time). We have a CTO on contract and a part-time CSR. Our biggest cost over the past 6 months has been an external contract with another coder / developer, at $6,000 per month.

Reason for selling
I seek a partial or full exit to pursue other projects. We are essentially breakeven on a cash flow basis. We have proven assets, proof of customer acceptance, and high marks for terrific customer service. We're completely bootstrapped, and in order to actually scale we need investment capital, which we need for promotion. If we aren't successful at raising capital, we're likely to double this year organically, but that will fall very far short of our potential. Part of our skill sets includes my partner's expertise in online and mine in direct mail. If we have funds for promotion, we can turn every dollar we spend into $2 or $3 or $4 or more and rapidly scale.

Acquirer with cash; could be a company doing SEO, lead gen, or other professional services where we would be a strategic fit.
