I am an experienced successful entrepreneur and founder in the SaaS space. I have been appointed as CEO of a SaaS company with incredible potential. Market leading technology with proven product market fit, growing even desperate customer need, multibillion dollar addressable market, and great SaaS metrics (but with very poor support and an underinvestment in people). Sounds great right? But. The owners are at war, suing each other, and are probably a couple of weeks away from destroying the company. I have the support of the 51% owner to buy the company at a distressed price (far under true value), but I might need to come up with some cash to get the other owner on board. For that I’m going to need an angel who understands SaaS, and has an ability to make a decision and provide $500K-$1M as a convertible note in a matter of weeks.
