A kanban based Chrome Extension which allows users to easily note down tasks by opening a new tab in their browser. Has built in statistics, labelling, data fields (description, url, etc) and sync between devices.
The app is currently hovering around 200 active users but has received extremely positive feedback (4.7/5 with 26 reviews). A product minded individual who could take this from MVP to a polished built out product could grow it to many more users and have access to prime real estate for advertising.

I really enjoyed building it but lack the expertise and time to grow and monetize it.

There have been massive acquisitions for productivity tools in the past. The base layer is already built into the app and a product - minded individual could layer on value adding functionality and a monetization scheme.
It currently doesn't but could be monetized with ads (as it appears on every new tab) or with a subscription model.
