We have close to 50 online courses in Turkish. Since the content covers global platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and others, it is available for translation into any other language. We focus on financial independence and we were able to make half a million dollars in revenue at the peak of the pandemic. People in emerging markets desperately need an exit plan and that's what we were able to provide them with: Know how to generate side income. The profit margin is huge. You can easily run the business with a team of three people: Customer support, content creation and marketing-partnerships. We were able to see amazing conversion rates working with influencers. Twitter, Tiktok, and Instagram has been essential to our success. Paid marketing also helps, as the 70% profit margin allowed us to afford $1K/day in Youtube ads. After the sale, I can get involved in the day-to-day operations as much as I need to, as the sole founder. First player to enter the market in Turkey back in 2017. We switched to the done-for-you model at the end of 2020, so we haven't focused on our KPIs since then. This new model made more than $6M in two years. But we've made a significant investment on the "at-your-own-pace" business, so we don't want that to go in vain.
