Faye is a Partner with over fifteen years’ experience in corporate law, and is a key member of the firm’s consumer sector. She specialises in advising clients on all aspects of corporate transactions. Faye also has particular experience of working with management teams in private equity transactions, and is the Regional Managing Partner of our Gatwick office. At the 2019 South East Business Insider Dealmakers Awards, Faye won Corporate Lawyer of the Year.
