Short bio
Clément has extensive experience in the IT and Software sectors in both M&A advisory and Business development for high growth companies.
He started his career in New York as a Business Development Manager at a venture capital firm for three years. Clément then joined a TMT-focused M&A boutique in Paris where he led the cross-border activities for five years. He also led the development of a French start up until its IPO and joined CFI France in 2015.
He graduated from Kedge Business School and completed a master’s degree in Project Management in Canada.
