Short bio
I head the TMT team at Clearwater International, advising on strategic divestments, capital raisings, MBOs and private equity. I’ve completed more than 100 deals during my career, having over 25 years of lead advisory experience including the last 18 as a Partner.
As a founder of Clearwater International, I’m most proud of the remarkable pool of talent we have and never more so than when I see them rise through the ranks.
I’m never happier at work than navigating my clients through complex situations or personalities to achieve a closing. And I still get a buzz from seeing my clients conclude truly life-changing events.
My deal highlights include advising CSC on multiple transactions including an MBO, a private equity deal, a cross-border acquisition and finally a sale to US tech giant Trimble Navigation Inc; advising Eque2 on four sale processes, four PE investments and several acquisitions; and the sale of pan-European business Centriq to German corporate Körber AG.
