FINRA regulated funding portal in the US. As a funding portal, we allow startups the opportunity to raise a round of funding from the general public. Our platform is currently 100% focused on Regulation Crowdfunding which allows startups to raise up to $5MM. We have raised over $6MM on the platform and produced $100K revenue. We were also recently nominated as the Top Up & Coming Equity Crowdfunding platform of 2022 from Kingscrowd and StartupStarter. We also have a few KEY referral partnerships with accelerators and broker dealers. Company Capabilities:

There is not yet a global equity crowdfunding platform that spans across the world. The reason for this, is that countries across the world have different regulatory agencies that oversee crowdfunding and to operate in these countries, a crowdfunding platform needs to undergo a rigorous application process. We believe we have the compliance expertise necessary to get approval in many other countries (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, UAE, etc.) and create the first global equity crowdfunding platform known across the world.
