Ian Brodie started Grovia.io, a partner marketing software and services company, at the beginning of the pandemic. Two years later the startup was acquired in a high-value exit by industry-leading Acceleration Partners. Grovia was primarily bootstrapped, and in those two years Grovia grew to 25 employees with no institutional capital.
